December 18, 2020, neurologist in Mannheim: "Suspected early-stage Parkinson's disease." Stiffness of the fingers of the left hand and cramping of the left foot since early summer 2020.

January 21, 2021, DaTscan: presynaptic dopaminergic deficit, more pronounced on the right.

July 26, 2021, Human Genetics Tübingen: A genetic form of Parkinson's disease could not be confirmed.

July 29, 2021, Klinikum rechts der Isar, TU München: "Left-dominant idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome of the equivalence type […] Hoehn and Yahr stage currently: 1." "MDS UPDRS III currently: 18 points." The clinic recommended rasagiline and viewed preparations outside of clinical trials as "extremely critical."

August 6, 2024, Dr. de Abos y Padilla, Mannheim: "In the regular clinical examinations since October 2022, the patient hardly appears affected by the disease anymore." "Nevertheless, based on my own many years of clinical experience, the very mild course over 3.5 years must be considered unusually favorable." MDS-UPDRS of April 29, 2024: Part III 14 points, all four parts together 20 out of 199.

August 19, 2025: MDS-UPDRS Part III 15 out of 132 points (0 to 32 points count as mild impairment). "Discreet postural tremor of the left hand, no intention tremor, no resting tremor."

January 9, 2026, Dr. de Abos y Padilla: "In summary, a mild course without progression since 2021 without dopaminergic medication."

April 9, 2026, MRI of the head: "Normal brain volume in the AI-assisted analysis." Absent swallow tail sign as a possible expression of the Parkinson's, otherwise findings appropriate for age.

May 25, 2026, Dr. de Abos y Padilla: "Slightly increasing tremor," otherwise essentially unchanged findings. More about this report under Analysis of the Doctors' Reports.
